Keep trying. There are plenty more problems out there,
just waiting for you to find them. I provided a pointer to
an example which was recently reported in this forum. "I've
never seen a problem" is not a very helpful datum if you
don't get out much.
On the Web browser side of the question, for example, I
have not found an HP-supported browser for VMS which can post
a normal message on the (shiny) new HP Discussion Boards.
SWB 1.1.12 on Alpha can post an empty message with an
attached file, but only if the file to attach is in Stream_LF
format. As I said:

In the spirit of Aimee Semple McPherson, that's my story,
and I'm sticking to it.
