If it is this case (i.e. proxy is defined, but not enough space in the 
cache), then the solution is NOT to remove all entries and start a new proxy 
list, but
change the maximum number of proxies handled
(TCPIP HELP SET COMMUNICATION /PROXIES).
This needs a TCPIP shutdown and restart.
