Find someone in the university (It-department???) who fills in the
registration from on http://h71000.www7.hp.com/openvmsedu. He/she gets a
school-id which can be shared with anyone in the university.
Request for licenses using this school-id should be made using a E-mail
adress containing the domain of the university.
This procedure should be repeated every year in september.
Jouk
(For the TU-Delft I am the contact person for the school-id)
