Usually there is a "Complaints-To:" header in those postings, telling
you to report abuse to "groups-abuse at google.com". Include the "Path:",
"Message-ID:", "Injection-Info:", "NNTP-Posting-Host:", and "X-Trace:"
headers into your complaint.

Or simply don't waste your time ...
