On a related point, it may well be a  case of PEBKAC with my newsgroup
reader (Forte Agent), I know there is kill-filters, but nothing
specific for SPAM filtering the display of messages.

Does anyone know of a newsgroup reader than can successfully filter
from display (at least) of SPAM?
