[Info-vax] Which quota exceeded?

Thanks for all the hints. My news server has had a delay in posting
articles (posted directly to it or from elsewhere) so I am only now
reading the answers.

Summary:

o It has nothing to do with ZIP.

o The quota-exceeded message comes from the TYPE command, not the
log file. (I didn't even consider this!)

o In contrast to Albrecht I can read it with EDT (which of course
truncates long lines) but not TPU. I am still at 7.3-2, so maybe
this TPU bug has been fixed. (Now that there seems to be some
progress on the patches front, I will soon stop putting off my
      upgrade.)

o The account quotas were relatively low as a result of having VAXen
in the cluster until recently and trying to find a compromise.
I have since increased Bytlm to 2000000. That wasn't the problem,
      though.

o The problem was MAXBUF which was at the default 8192. 16384
      wasn't enough, but 32768 is.

   o Updating MODPARAMS.DAT now.
