   I have a dim memory of trying to figure out what was wrong
with TYPE when I tried to TYPE some file and got a
SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO message.  I (thankfully) don't remember
exactly how long it took me to realize that the ACCVIO
message was the text in the file, not an error message from
the TYPE program.  (But it was probably more than a few
minutes, sadly.)

   Of course, your message did say "TYPE-", so your excuse is
weaker than mine.  On the bright side, as with many such
mistakes, if you make it enough times, and waste enough time
trying to figure it out, you may start to check for it.
