[Info-vax] Latest TCPIP Services seem irreparably horked...

If POP and SMTP are so tightly bound, please tell me why they can both
be run separately.  What if this was a cluster with one node acting as
the SMTP reciever and another node acting as the POP post office???  I
believe this is another TCPIP Services blunder and it needs to be fixed
ASAP!
