[Info-vax] resesetting MP of RX4046 to factory settings

Hi all,

I have 2 questions on the reset button for the MP of a RX4640:
   1) According to the manuals it is located on the base-board, somewhere
      underneath the power supplies. The only way to press this button as
      I can see is to switch off the machine, Take out the base-board and
      push the button. Is this the way to do it?
   2) If I push the button for a few seconds according to the manual it
      resets some user-feature to default. The manual only mentions
        -user accounts
        -baud rate serial port
      Does this mean that the settings of the LAN are not reset.
      If this is the case, how can this be done apart from making a
      connection via the serial line?
