[Info-vax] FreeAXP loses network connectivity when laptop is woken up from "sleep"

I'm still in the same spot.
FreeAXP resumes after resume-ing from PC-sleep but no network.
Have to shutdown and reboot, and it needs to be down to STOP MSIPCAP.
Perhaps the STOP/START MSIPCAP is not needed every time, but I do.
