The links to individual chapters of the full volume are working just
fine and these PDF documents can be opened and read without any problem.
It is "only" a "half a dozen of files per volume or even more" issue.

I was referring to the "entire volume" PDF document.

The "feedback" link [4] doesn't work without JavaScript being enabled.
And with JavaScript enabled all of your clicks get tracked [5] of course.
