Maybe, but "everyone" use it and has it installed. This is a more
or less a non-issue. You can not blame HP if *you* decided not
to use or install the Flash player.
(You are at least not running that old "I can not read
this on VMS" thing... :-) :-) )

Does the PDF file itself work? :

This is "Kerberos authentication made easy on OpenVMS".
Maybe the GetDocument tool that redirects to the PDF files
use Flash in some way.
Anyway, tell HP and we'll see. :-)
