No. It is not ! But Roger While is working alone on a major update. In
the meantime, Brian Tiffin has just uploaded on Sourceforge the current
version, wrongly named OpenCobol 1.1 prerelease (or Beta) IMHO. It is a
mature project although there is still room for improvement.
