There is a not so fine line between pushy marketing and making changes to someone's 
computer without their knowledge and authorization.

Consider the root kits Sony installed on computers if you played one of their CDs.  Sony 
should have been hit with a truly astounding fine for that action.

The problem is it's much harder to catch such, than it is to catch someone who enters and 
robs a bank, and, too many people don't get angry enough over it.
