At least one date on that page is incorrect:  They have the PDP-12 brochure
listed as "1963", probably based on a rubber stamp on the back cover, but the
inside back cover shows the proper date (1969) in a document code.

Given that the PDP-12 is based on the PDP-8/i (the 2nd--or 3rd, if you count
the 8/s as anything but an aberration--generation of the PDP-8, which was of
course a follow-on to the PDP-5 from 1963), someone should have caught this at
CHM.
