The new focus is clear. HP even considers x86 servers to be old and
wants to move to the Arm and Intel Atom high density server. In fact,
some of its "converged" and "software defined" buzzwords go as far as
stating you can configure earm ARM instance to be tuned to the
application it is running.  So the 1 app per CPU philosophy seem firmy
entrenched.

You can't get much value out of product lines that are legacy and being
retired.  You are better off keeping them so you can continue to get
support revenues from the legacy stuff why you try to grpw the new
buzzword driven product lines.
