I have no clue about the size of the market. I can only say that I 
wouldn't have a problem finding a 15Krpm disk today if I wanted to buy one.

And I could hook it up to my PDP-11, assuming I can find a 50-pin to 
68-pin or 80-pin. Those used to be easy to find as well, but I haven't 
checked lately.
