You *could* use my bridge software, which is free, and which can bridge 
whatever protocols you want that sit on top of ethernet, between two sites.
It tunnels the bridge over UDP.

All you need are two machines with some kind of Unix or similar, that 
sits on the respective ethernet, and have internet access.
