All OpenVMS Alpha V7.3 support ended in 2004.
Standard Support for V7.3-2 ended in 2006.
Prior Version Support for V7.3-2 ends 31-Dec-2015.
Standard Support isn't expected to end for V8.3 and V8.4 prior to 
31-Dec-2015 and 31-Dec-2016

Upgrade, definitely, but upgrade further than V7.3-2.
