[Info-vax] Seagate Savvio 15K.3 & rx660

Hello,

today I installed a Seagate Savvio 15K.3 SAS 2.5" disk into a rx6600. But under
OpenVMS 8.4 this device is "offline". In SYSMAN I tried IO SCSI followed by
IO AUTOCONFIUGRE with no luck. A Toshiba drive in the same slot works
flawlessly. Thus, what is wrong with the Seagate? This happens with both drives
I tried.
