MAC is a networking term.  I expect you meant Mac.

And there is no good os yet.  None.  Even VMS has its issues.  Windows 
sucks.  MacOS X is getting worse and worse recently.  VMS ... I won't 
get into 'cause you're all aware of that.  Linux on the desktop may some 
day be ready.  Soon, I hope, 'cause I think my next box will run it.  
But that's still not GOOD.  Other UNIXs all have issues.  I can't claim 
experience with IBM operating systems, but I doubt they're good either.

HAL OS was a good operating system.  Too bad it's still fictional.
