[Info-vax] Looking to remote cluster my two OVMS machines. Questions. Need help!!!

If VMS allows this to happen, it is, pure and simple, a bug.

The quorum disk polling mechanism takes place at a very low level.
Such things as the XQP, RMS are not involved.  The quorum disk will still
work even if it's not mounted (although it is highly recommended that it 
be mounted).
