Assuming you have one or more HBVS shadowsets spanning those lobes,
this bug might produce HBVS data loss corruptions just as soon as two
or more of those lobes fall out of that quorum hang, when the lobes are
rejoined. Best case, HBVS won't let you put the now-diverged member
volumes back together. Worst case, HBVS doesn't notice and you now
have skewed volume contents.
