But EVEN THEN this command shouldn't normally be in the startup 
sequence.  If you want more members in your system-disk shadow set, add 
them by hand.  You always boot from a single PHYSICAL device (the 
console parameter can be a list, for failover purposes, independently of 
shadowing) and before the VMS startup runs the other members are found 
and added.
