We are wasting efforts and thoughts. The OP hasn't responded to questions posed in light of the limited information provided by the OP. 

This is the last response I'm sending, as long as I recall and obey my rules. I know a little about cache so I was willing to help or advise..

This is like asking a car manufacture about driving around a race track, instead of asking the track, whom should know for many vehicles and weather and tire combinations etc, better than anyone. The track knows the specific intent and duration and stress etc. Actual use. Real world use. Etc.

What you do is ask for your case to be esculated, until you find someone
who has a clue.  If you're paying for support, then demand good support.
