[Info-vax] AUTOGEN: DCL-W-USGOTO, target of GOTO not found (SETPARAMS)...

Hi.

While running the automatic AUTOGEN after a 8.2 -> 8.4
upgrade (DS20e 666), it all finished with :

%AUTOGEN-I-REPORT, AUTOGEN has produced some informational messages
         which have been stored in the file SYS$SYSTEM:AGEN$PARAMS.REPORT.
         You may wish to review the information in that file.

%AUTOGEN-I-END, GENFILES phase has successfully completed.
%DCL-W-USGOTO, target of GOTO not found - check spelling and
   presence of label
  \SETPARAMS\
   SYSTEM       job terminated at 16-APR-2013 16:18:11.60


Then it just hanged, had to ctrl-P to get to the console.

Anyone seen this before?
