Yes, now that I remeber further back, it was known as SOS on
TOPS-10, too. Only on TOPS-20 did I see it called EDIT.

I knew guys who used WYLBUR, but I never worked on those systems.
My first editor was TECO on TOPS-10. That's what our Physics lab TA
taught us before he sent us off to pick up a FORTRAN manual and write
something. I learned SOS at the next school.
