The tone of that response makes me think you have a bit of a agenda here
so I will just point out that (a) discriminating by someone's race without
any other reason is wrong regardless of background and (b) there's a hell
of a difference between a monoculture society which has issues interacting
with outsiders and members of a multicultural society who still actively
target others simply because of their race and without any other reason.

Before ending this discussion, I just want to make it clear that nothing
I have read in the material you have pointed me to changes my opinion the
Japanese deserve enormous respect for the way they behaved during the
earthquake.
