Since you asked for "any"...

There are many KVM discussions in the archives here. Visit Google
Groups and run a quick search for details.

I wouldn't assume a USB-to-PS2 adapter will work (well, if at all) with
an AlphaServer. The results of all of the generic adapters and
keyboards I've tried have been rather less than successful. I woudn't
expect most cheap KVMs would fair all that much better. Look for Sun
Solaris support with any KVM, too; signaling requirements for the Sun
boxes are similar to what OpenVMS servers usually expect.

Though these days I'm usually using remote X or remote serial lines for
accessing the VMS servers, and managing the systems via OPA0: serial
connections; setting up a console concentrator (terminal server,
Minicom or otherwise) provides adequate remote management capabilities.

If you're looking for inexpensive options, rummage around over at
monoprice.com site.
