Aye, it's just as trivial, if not moreso, on VMS.

The problems comes with/from the pointy-clicky crowd using PuTTY --
especially, on WEENDOZE.  In my other, musical, life outside of VMS,
I have to deal with permitting radio DJs to have access to the radio
station functions for their shows and configuring PuTTY on WEENDOZE 
is always the bane of getting them connected.
