Try "Never"!  If she DID, what would you say to her?  I doubt, that she 
would understand what you are saying here.  I doubt that she has any
contact with ANY VMS user.

Remember that the bulk of the business is ink and and revenue toner and 
that's where the money comes from!  This state of affairs has existed 
for at at least the last nine or ten years.
