Yes I can do ssh "UserName at Server" "ls "
and I get a reply from the Server.

Make sure the ssh server and (particularly for this case) the ssh client are enabled on the OpenVMS I64 server via @SYS$MANAGER:TCPIP$CONFIG.COM.

Can you please give example, how would I enable a client ??
