ssh "UserName at Server" "ls /FullPath/FileName"

Issue the command
@SYS$MANAGER:TCPIP$CONFIG.COM
If you really can't find the ssh client and the ssh server settings and
particularly whether the ssh client and the ssh server are enabled and
running from the menus that will be displayed by that
@SYS$MANAGER:TCPIP$CONFIG.COM command, then please do feel free to ask
further questions.
