Yes the is correct, the file FIleName does exist on linux side.

Issue the command @SYS$MANAGER:TCPIP$CONFIG.COM If you really can't find the ssh client and the ssh server settings and particularly whether the ssh client and the ssh server are enabled and running from the menus that will be displayed by that @SYS$MANAGER:TCPIP$CONFIG.COM command, then please do feel free to ask further questions.

I am not a system admin, and I am afraid to run @SYS$MANAGER:TCPIP$CONFIG.COM.
Is there a log file on VMS for ssh activities that a user can review?
