the fans differ, the fan carriers differ, the main boards differ, and 
there are other details that also either imply or indicate differences. 
  So any hypothetical conversion kit looks to be pretty close to a box 
swap.

If you want the OFS box (and if you're thinking of using one of these 
boxes in an office, you do), then look for the "Office Friendly" label 
on the front bezel.  Otherwise, you're going to need an acoustical 
rack.  Or headphones.
