[Info-vax] removing a node completely

It sounds like at least one node in the cluster remembers the old
SCSNODE/SCSSYSTEMID pair.  It will not let a node with the same 
SCSSYSTEMID as the old node enter with a different name (SCSNODE).

Your choices are either:

1) Reboot the node(s) that remember the old SCSNODE/SCSSYSTEMID pair.
   $ SHOW CLUSTER on each node will find the offender.
2) Change the SCSNODE/SCSSYSTEMID pair to a new pair which _none_ of the
   current cluster members have seen.
