[Info-vax] removing a node completely

Yes.

I thought this was remembered in the entire cluster so to speak.  In any 
case, SHOW CLUSTER doesn't show the node in question on any node.

I'll do either this or a cluster reboot (i.e. all at once, not a rolling 
reboot).
