[Info-vax] booting vaxstation off alpha

And the VAXstation is up and running. The only problem
now is that the vmscluster license somehow is not active.
I have tried to include both simhvax and realvax , but
it still doesnt work. I can do copy dir etc over decnet
but set host fails.
