Is this the latest, greatest ImageMagick, or at least the latest,
greatest for VMS? If I'm installing it for the first time, I might as
well get the best version I can.
How does performance between VMS and other OS's compare for machines
with the same SPEC rating or whatever? In other words, is the VMS
performance much worse (or much better) than one might naively expect?
