[Info-vax] When RENAME doesn't RENAME

I am running OpenVMS 8.4 on Itanium.

Start by creating a lowercase filename on an ODS5 disk.

With /CASE_LOOKUP=BLIND, interactively renaming the file to uppercase works as one would expect. However, in a batch job (also with /CASE_LOOKUP=BLIND) the rename does not work.

I take it that RENAME "knows" the process mode. But why would it care?
