NOTE!!!  I DID NOT WRITE VTTEST!!!  I've only provided a means whereby you
can run it.

I DID WRITE a VT400/VT500 test suite which checks out all of the rectangle
functions and other features in these later VT models.  It's not been made
a "product" so to speak and it requires a bit of setup to run each of the
20-odd series of tests.  Someday, I may clean it up and make it available
just like the VTTEST login.
