[Info-vax] Changed Boot behavior on XP1000 since 2013

My last XP1000 boot was 10-JAN-2013, but no power off.  I might have 
done an INIT and vaguely recall an unexpected time prompt (but I'm not 
sure and/or that could have been on another machine with bad battery and 
power cycle).

Does anyone else see this?  Is there a fix?
