I noticed this when I was still stuck on the PPC Mac architecture.  More 
and more stuff was going forward with Intel versions only, and the 
original PPC binaries were disappearing.  Web sites with useful code 
snippets disappear too.

I have become quite a pack rat with stuff I find useful.
