That sounds like they are just correcting your access rights, then some other part of HP, having not been updated about your SAID rights, is periodically reviewing the access rights, and spotting your SAID as having no access rights and then removing them again. If true, then it will be only a matter of time before you need to make another support request. It might be wise to actively question them whether this scenario is a possibility.
