BTW, the other thing they have messed up are their privacy settings.

You can't even set them directly in that annoying header at the top
of the HPSC pages any more; you now have to visit a different page to
set them and you have to do it every single time you visit the HPSC
website so the settings are clearly not held against the logged in
account but as a cookie.

(I clear browsing data whenever the browser is closed down.)

I assume the intention is to make it so awkward to opt out of being
pushed marketing material by HP that most customers will not bother.
