That's a good point.

I suppose what I am annoyed about is that they have now moved the options
to another page which you have to visit every single time unless:

(1) you want to allow HP to use the data for marketing, or
(2) want to live with the banner at the top or
(3) want to run a browser which _doesn't_ delete any tracking cookies
after every session.
