[Info-vax] MySQL installation help needed

I have received the following from a client:

I’m wondering if you have any experience with the installation of MySQL on OpenVMS?  I might enlist your help (if it’s something you think you could do within an hour or two). 

I think I’m running into file security issues, but am finding there are very little resources available to help me troubleshoot it.  It’s likely something minor … but I’ve been messing around with it for hours on/off over the last few days and am still scratching my head.
