[Info-vax] DS10L SCSI LED pinouts

DEC 17-04472-01 connected from the SCSI controller to the main board, 
at the front left corner of the main board when oriented with the I/O 
ports facing away.

Four pins and four conductors, 330 mm long, and probably (as a guess) 
wired straight through, but somebody with a cable can look at that.

No pinouts and few details are available, but it appears to be a fairly 
standard setup from PC systems of that era, based on one manual I've 
located.  Pins 1 and 4 are listed as positive, but no other details are 
included.
