[Info-vax] HPSC patch access changes for developers?

The letter does not have the info about the patches.  Subject is "AllianceOne Tools, Training & Technical Resources - Member Update October 2013".  I used the link "Click here for the full offerings of developer resources" which goes to the "Announcements and Updates" page for AllianceONE. 

I can't make a shortened version of that link without all of HP's marketing identifiers that works or I'd have included it here; I also could not find a path to it from the AllianceONE home page.

On that page under "Development Environment" "others" is a sign-in required link titled "AllianceONE support discount: maintain your access to patches".  That is where the info is.
