We now don't think its the power supply after we tested the voltage outputs. We think it's the motherboard. We get no beeps when we try to boot, so its not getting very far if anywhere when it tries to boot.
PS: An APC UPS is between the power supply and the power company on our system. It's there for hardware preservation in our case, not availability.
